TS LAWCET admit Card download 2016: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) is going to issue the admit cards for the written exam of TS LAW Common Entrance Test-2016 on 24th May 2016. However admit cards are going to available from the first week of May 2016. So all aspirants those who are willing to take TS LAW Common Entrance Test-2016 exam are advised to download the admit card from the official website as quickly as possible. Where exam is going to conduct the exam in various exam centers throughout the state of Telangana. In order to reduce the tension among students, it is going to issue the admit card 15days prior to the exam and make available to the candidates at the official website. Thus, candidates are advised to read all instructions and follow them and get ready to take an exam on 24th may 2016.
About TS LAWCET 2016 exam: Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) has issued the TS LAWCET-2016 notification and accepted the applications from all eligible aspirants. Now it is ready to conduct the TS LAWCET-2016 exam in various centers throughout the state of Telangana. Before going to take exam candidates are advised to check the exam syllabus, as per course TS LAWCET-2015 exam paper consists of 120 question for 120 marks and the time duration for TS LAWCET-2016 is 90 minutes.
Part-A: TS LAWCET-2016 consists of total 40 questions: 40 Marks (One marks each question).
Jurisprudence: 20 Questions for 20 marks
Schools of Jurisprudence: Sources of Law, Ownership and Possession, Persons, Custom Precedent and Legislation, Rights and duties- Obligation, Liability, Property, Legal Sanctions
Constitutional Law: 20 Questions for 20 marks
Nature of the constitution: Fundamental Rights, Executive Judiciary, Directive Principles of State Policy and Center-State Relations, Emergency provisions, Legislature, Amendments to the constitution.
Part-B: part-B consists of total 80 questions: 80 Marks (One mark each question)
Public International Law: 16 questions for 16 marks
international law and municipal law, state territory, subjects, air, nationality and statelessness, sea and outer space, extradition, state jurisdiction, asylum, united nations.
Labour Law: 16 Questions for 16 marks
Trade Union Act 1926. Industrial Disputes Act 1947
Mercantile Law: 16 questions for 16 marks
general principles of contract (sections. 1-75, Indian contract act-1872).
Crimes and Torts: crimes: 16 questions for 16 mark
Indian penal code -general principles & general exceptions. torts: defenses, joint liability, general principles of tort, state liability for torts; consumer protection Act, 1986
Ipr & Other Laws: 16 questions for 16 marks
copyright act, 1957; environmental protection act, patents act, 1970; 1986; the protection of human rights act, 1993, human rights, a right to information act 2005 and salient features of information technology act, 2000.
How to download TS Lawcet admit Card 2016:
All aspirants should log on to the official website at www.tslawcet.org
Then go to the TS LAWCET-2016 notification and click on it
Then select your course of study i.e. 3 years course or 5 years course and click on submit choice
Then enter your TS LAWCET-2016 registration number and date of birth
Next would display your TS LAWCET-2016 admit cards
Then take the printout of TS LAWCET-2016 admit card for exam purpose.
On 19th May 2015 aspirants those who are coming for TS Lawcet-2016 exam are advised to reach the exam venue 30 minutes before the commencement of exam carry admit card to exam venue.
